You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcity19 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phcity19 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify phcity19 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phcity19 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification on all registered accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phcity19 may result in account restrictions or closure.
phcity19 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
phcity19 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. phcity19 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests on phcity19 are subject to the following conditions:

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding AML or KYC review.
